今年的主題是「我想念我自己」，探索創作者在面對市場和外部壓力時的自我認同問題，主題反映了許多藝術家在追求成功的過程中，可能逐漸迷失自我，失去創作的初衷。現今創作者常面臨市場需求、潮流趨勢和大眾口味的壓力，這些外部因素容易使他們偏離原本的創作道路，逐漸迷失自我。今年台北插畫藝術節希望將這一現象提出，並透過展演活動探討如何在市場化的過程中保持內心的真實。創作者應回歸創作初衷，重新發現內在的聲音和獨特風格。通過展出的插畫作品，觀眾可以看到藝術家們如何從個人的情感和生活經歷中汲取靈感，創作出富有個性且真實的作品，如何堅持自我並保持創作的獨立性。

The subject of this year ” Don’t Forget Yourself ” explores the issue of self-identity that creators face amidst market and external pressures. The theme reflects how many artists may gradually lose themselves and their original creative intentions in the pursuit of success. Nowadays, creators often face the pressure of market demands, trends, and popular tastes, which can easily lead them astray from their original creative paths, causing them to lose themselves. This year’s Taipei Illustration fair aims to highlight this phenomenon and, through various events, explore how to maintain inner authenticity in the process of marketization. Creators should return to their creative origins, rediscover their inner voice and unique style. Through the exhibited illustrations, the audience can see how artists draw inspiration from their emotions and life experiences to create works that are rich in personality and authenticity, demonstrating how they maintain self-identity and creative independence.
